These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AtlasAscend website (atlasascend.ai) and related services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Services

AtlasAscend provides AI strategy consulting, implementation, automation, and data intelligence services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement executed between AtlasAscend and the client.

Any information provided on our website about services, capabilities, or outcomes is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Infringe the rights of any third party
• Interfere with the operation of our website or services
• Introduce malicious software or engage in unauthorised access attempts
• Scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit our content without written permission

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of AtlasAscend or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for services, clients receive full ownership of all custom code, models, and deliverables produced specifically for their engagement. AtlasAscend retains the right to use anonymised insights and general methodologies developed during engagements.

5. Confidentiality

AtlasAscend treats all client information as confidential. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without client consent, except where required by law. Our standard NDA terms apply to all engagements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on a professional judgement basis. While we commit to our best efforts and industry-standard practices, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from AI implementation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlasAscend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each SOW or Service Agreement. Standard terms include:

• Project fees due according to milestone schedule
• Subscription fees billed monthly in advance
• Invoices due within 14 days of receipt
• Late payments subject to interest as specified in Danish law

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice period specified in the SOW. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
